It is possible to have a different shipping address from your invoice address, select this option during the order process so we can ship the order to an address different to the invoice address provided such as a P.O. box or office

It is possible that we sent only part of the order because one or more products are not in stock, the rest will be shipped separately when the missing products are back in stock again. However, when this happens you will be always contacted/notified first.

Has my Order Been Shipped?

When your order is shipped you will be notified by mail.

It can happen that one or more products from your order are out of stock and sometimes we ship the available products first. If this happens you will be contacted and informed first.

CD-Spine Stealth Packaging signifies that the seed banks are going to re-package your seeds out of your initial breeder product packaging and hide them inside thin plastic material tubes. The seed banks are going to then conceal these tubes in the spine of a CD.

Only when the items have been safely received and inspected, will a refund be made. Original delivery costs and import duties are non-refundable.

What are the delivery times?

Your privacy is paramount to us and our discreet packaging guarantees that you are the only one getting excited by the parcel – to others it will look plain boring. Larger items are sent in sturdy cardboard boxes and are double-wrapped with strong packing tape. Smaller items are sent in strong and padded envelopes. All orders are sent in inconspicuous plain packaging. No-one will be able to guess what the package contains or who the sender is. No logo or lettering mentioning our company will be found on the parcel. The only markings on your parcel are your address label on the front and a postal/parcel service sticker, depending on the service used.

With us you don’t have to worry. Only you will know what your parcel contains. All our packaging is completely discreet and will look like the ones on the picture here below. The outside of the package simply has your address, our (return-) address and the necessary postage information on it. Of course we will not use us as sender’s name.

3. In the event of your receiving any faulty or damaged items, please contact us by telephone, letter or email within seven days of receipt of your order.

Do you ship to my country?

Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Amsterdam within one business day after we have received the payment, provided that all products are in stock. It is crucial that you provide us with a valid (real) delivery name and address, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the parcel will be successfully delivered.

We are happy to ship our quality products all over the world. Unfortunately due to some strict border customs, there are a number of countries that we do not ship to. Before ordering, we recommend confirming that your country is not excluded.
